I hate stupid motherfucking drivers

Why are stupid people allowed to drive? Why isn't there an IQ test along with the driver's test? I've been doing a lot of driving lately and the more I drive, the stupider people get. Here's my list of driving DON'TS:

• You DON'T have to have a conversation on your cell phone when you drive.
• You DON'T need to swing out to the left when you're making a right turn (unless maybe you're driving a semi with a trailer on it).
• You DON'T need to swing out to the right when you're making a left turn (see above).
• If you're retired, you DON'T need to be on the road during rush hour. The fucking MALL or Tim Hortons or Home Depot will still be there after 9AM.
• You probably DON'T have the right of way, you MOTHERFUCKER.
• You DON'T have to slow down below the speed limit when you see a cop has someone pulled over. He's not going to leave that guy's ticket partially written and come after you instead you STUPID MOTHERFUCKER.
• You DON'T have to sit there when you have a green arrow and you DON'T have to run red lights and make the people who have a green arrow WAIT. See the connection, you STUPID MOTHERFUCKER?
• Did I mention cell phones? FUCK YOU GET OFF THE FUCKING PHONE. You're not smart enough to drive without being distracted, never mind when your mind is elsewhere.
• You DON'T have to give ME the finger when I honk at you because YOU did something stupid and dangerous.

I'm sure there are others that will come to mind, but I'm sure you get the idea.
