Pepsi Vanilla: the verdict is in

I was wondering how long it'd take before Pepsi blatantly ripped off Coke's idea and released Vanilla Pepsi. Well it took about a year and Pepsi has cleverly named their product "Pepsi Vanilla" rather than "Vanilla Pepsi", but the results are the same. It SUCKS! To me, Vanilla Coke is by far the superior product. It tastes smooth and the vanilla tastes real, whereas the Pepsi version has a chemical taste to it. At one point I wondered whether I had the diet version by mistake. I actually felt kind of nauseated after I finished the bottle. So Jack Pepsi, or whatever your name is, your product is not only a ripoff but it's an inferior ripoff to boot. You guys can kiss my black ass! I'll just keep on drinking my Vanilla Coke.

yeah... if you're going to rip off a soda atleast make it taste good.... or even decent. pepsi vannila is just plain crap.

I might give Pepsi Vanilla another try but I find I can really taste the artificial flavours in Pepsi products like this one and Pepsi Twist. I tried Pepsi Twist for the first time last week and even though the ingredients say it's real lemon juice it sure didn't taste real to me!

Yeah, well I cannot say that I'm not surprised. I mean pepsi rips off coke altogether. I love how pepsi tries to pull it off like their version is sooo original. HAH. They need to stop kidding themselve. I just laugh. My bet is that pepsi vanilla will be one of the most wildly unpopular drinks in a while.

I think so too. But maybe Pepsi can introduce "New Pepsi" and everyone will hate that and then they'll have to introduce Pepsi Classic and everyone will be so relieved to have their old Pepsi back that it'll fly off the shelves. That'd be a true Coke rip-off ;)
